  • Delivery timelines will be communicated during checkout, but actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen events.

  • Customers will receive tracking details once the order is shipped.

  • In case of incorrect address or contact details provided, SK Dental Zone will not be responsible for failed or delayed deliveries.

  • Risk of loss passes to the customer once the product is handed over to the courier.

  • Returns and replacements are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Products damaged due to mishandling, improper use, or negligence are not eligible for return.

  • Customized or specially ordered products are not eligible for return or replacement.

  • Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer, except in cases of defective or wrong products delivered.

  • Customers may request cancellation only before dispatch of the product. Once shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

  • If payment has already been made, the refund (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.

  • We are not liable for delays in refunds caused by banks or payment gateways.
