Delivery timelines will be communicated during checkout, but actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen events.
Customers will receive tracking details once the order is shipped.
In case of incorrect address or contact details provided, SK Dental Zone will not be responsible for failed or delayed deliveries.
Risk of loss passes to the customer once the product is handed over to the courier.
Returns and replacements are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Products damaged due to mishandling, improper use, or negligence are not eligible for return.
Customized or specially ordered products are not eligible for return or replacement.
Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer, except in cases of defective or wrong products delivered.

Customers may request cancellation only before dispatch of the product. Once shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
If payment has already been made, the refund (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
We are not liable for delays in refunds caused by banks or payment gateways.
